At Right Path Fitness, we are proud to offer versatile bespoke London personal training services for all your goals. We have both established training plans, or we can create a customized plan just for you. Whether you are completely new to fitness or have spent lots of time in the gym, we can help you meet your fitness goals.
Our team has created several personal training options to meet your needs. You have the option of purchasing personal training sessions pay as you go, or you can buy them in blocks. Keep in mind that there are no contracts, and you are under no obligation. This is a great option if you’d like to jumpstart your current routine, or have a trainer show you the ropes.
We also provide Group Personal training so you can join up with other people with similar goals. We have found that Sometimes working out in a group is just what some people need to sustain a fitness program.
12 Week Body Transformation
Do you want an amazing body for summer, or to prep for an active holiday? Come talk to us about our 12-week transformation training plans. We’ll customize the intense training plan for your targets and you can do between three to five sessions per week. As a bonus, our certified nutritionist will create a tasty and healthy bespoke meal plan for you.
If you need to get in shape quick, our 12 week transformation plan is perfect for you.. You will meet one on one with a trainer to decide which plan is more suitable for you then a diet and exercise program will be created that is personalized just for you.
The six-week and 12-week plans focus on fast results while still being realistic about your current condition. You will participate in customized workouts that use the latest in exercise science to get you into the zone. You’ll be exhausted after each session, but energized in knowing that you have come so far. Expect to surprise yourself in this program.

Group Personal Training London
Right Path are excited to now offer a new concept of small group Personal Training in East London, which will consist of a full body workout and HIIT training that can blast away unwanted body fat, improve your fitness levels and help you to achieve your dream summer body.
Sessions will be for up to four people maximum and last for fifty-five minutes. Sessions will be held throughout the day six days per week at a private fitness studio, no membership needed. The sessions offer great value and are fantastic for fat loss and improving your fitness. The classes offer a motivating, positive team environment and are run under the supervision of highly-experienced, knowledgeable and qualified personal trainers who are based in London.
